Scott Youngblood, CPA, JD

A graduate of Texas A&M University with both a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Master of Business Administration Degree, and South Texas College of Law with a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree, Scott has been a CPA since 1988 and an attorney since 1999.

Scott primarily prepares tax returns and does tax consulting and represents clients in front of the IRS. In addition, he does accounting for small businesses, consults for businesses, and does compilations and reviews for small businesses.

As an attorney, Scott organizes business entities, reviews and writes contracts, handles the purchase or sale of businesses, and prepares wills and handles probate for clients.
